Oh no! Jenelle and Gary allegedly got into a violent altercation over the weekend. Read on for more details on their arrest!
Gary Head and Teen Mom Jenelle Evans were incarcerated on June 24, after an alleged violent brawl; HollywoodLife.com can exclusively confirm.
Police tell HollywoodLife.com that Gary — her ex-fiance — was charged with assault on a female, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jenelle was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana up to 1/2 oz., simple assault, and simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance which is reportedly Klonopin. Klonopin has similar effects to Xanax, and is prescribed to people with social anxiety.
According to Teenmomtalk.com, the pair were at a party with friends when they got into an argument where Gary allegedly hit Jenelle “numerous times.”
Gary, a Marine, could be dishonorably discharged from military service if charged with assault and faces time behind bars.
While the exact situation remains unclear, Gary’s brother Travis Head tweeted that he witnessed a “drunk love fight” on June 23, and then “Man f*** that b****!!!! My bro in jail” and “Off tmmrw! To go bail my bro out with this 4g” on June 24.
This isn’t the first time Gary has violently attacked his 20-year-old on-and-off again girlfriend. Jenelle has publicly admitted that Gary has hit her in the past.
“Yes, he did [hit me],” Jenelle told fans on Stickam, May 4. “He didn’t punch me, he slapped me and put me on the bed and his palm hit my jaw.”
